I am a 29-year-old social worker. I graduated with a 2.0-diploma (equalling an 80% mark) and governmental approval certificate: “staatliche Anerkennung”.

My talents and special interests lie in the field of children and youth work, and in the field of human resource management. My thesis "Leading in Organizations" focused on human resource management and leadership in social work organisations. I obtained a grade of 1.0 (which equals 100%), and was honored with inclusion in my university's Hall of Fame.

During my studies, I could gather practical experience in several internships, working with youths associations and Volkswagen. Additionally, I worked for seven years for KölnTicket GmbH; of which 1.5 years as team supervisor. After that, I worked three months as a trainee for Schiel Consulting GmbH, a consulting firm whose main areas are human ressource development and management diagnostics. Right now, I work for Start4Jobs, a project of discemus GmbH that counsels and educates young people, with the aim of them finding a job or apprenticeship. These experiences made me realize my potential and suitability for this kind of work, be it in corporations of social work or in organisations of the free market.

I consider myself to be highly motivated, a quick thinker and doer, good team worker and leader, engaged and eager to constantly improve my work, consistently service- and client-oriented, always working to achieve the best.
